The Boys and Girls Club of Eastern Williamson County (BGC) have successfully completed the Planning Stage for the Foundation’s 2022 Emerging Nonprogiy Grant awarded 0n November 9, 2022.
The Planning Stage completed an organizational and management assessment that identified and documented the specific goals with detailed action plans to be accomplished in Stage 2
Implementation and longer-term goals with summary action plans to be accomplished in Stage 3 Implementation.
Stage 2 Implementation will focus on 1) expanding the Resource Development Staff by hiring a Special Event Coordinator, 2) implementing Board Development Workshops, and 3) growing community strategic partnerships. Detailed action plans have been developed for all Stage 2 Goals.
